We have created a number of educational videos about AI, deepfakes, beauty filters and so on. The goal is to educate our users on how manipulated media affects our world and what we can do about it.

Frankli verifies the authenticity of each photo or video at the point of capture, that's why it's not possible to upload photos or videos from the phone's gallery. We call these verified photos: Franks.

You will need access to the phone number you signed up to Frankli with. Make sure you have good cell signal to receive the verification text. If you have changed your phone contact support and we will work with you to recover your account.

If you want to share your Frank with your friends only, you can create a private group for this purpose. To create a private group, go to Groups in the bottom bar and follow the steps. After your private group is set up, create a Frank as usual. Before tapping "Frank It", make sure that you've selected the right visibility: tap the arrow next to Public and select your newly created private group.

Depth Context offers an additional layer of security by 3D mapping every picture with depth capture and gyroscope data. You will know that a frank isn't a screenshot or a photo of a picture by checking the Depth Context.

Don't worry! You can save your Frank and post it later when you have a network connection. To find your drafts, go to Settings > Drafts and Pending Franks.

Groups are where users with similar interests, affiliations, or goals can connect and share information. It allows our users to come together and form communities around a wide range of topics, such as hobbies, professional interests, support groups, local communities, and more. Groups can be public, meaning they are visible in the search results and any users can request to join, or they can be private which is not visible to anyone other than the members. Within a group, members can post photos and videos, as well as comment on and react to posts made by others. Group admins have additional privileges to moderate the group, approve, invite new members, and set rules for participation.

See something you think is inappropriate? Use our in-app report feature. 1. Click on the three dots at the top right of the photo 2. Select “Report this Post” and tell us what is wrong with it. 3. You will be prompted to send an email; we will review this post and take appropriate actions.

Editing profile is easy. You can do so by going to Settings > View Profile > Edit Profile.

Click the Camera Icon in the app. You will be brought into camera mode. Take your photo or video and then, enter a caption. Add Tags to your photo for searchability. Post the Frank and our blockchain will authenticate the photo and post!

Before inviting your friends, you need to give Frankli access to your contacts. By doing this, we will be able to tell you who's already on Frankli. To invite friends who are not using Frankli, go to Contacts then find the people you want to invite and tap Invite.

Groups are a good way to build a community on Frankli. To create a group, tap Groups in the bottom bar and then the Create Group icon in the top right corner. Follow the steps and your group will be created in a minute.
